While conducting a roof inspection on a home located in Old Mandeville, we discovered significant wind and water damage. The main portion of the roof consisted of asphalt shingles but also included about 900 sq ft of a flat roof. The methods and materials used for the flat roof were not up to standard and unfortunately ended up failing. H2H was able to work with the homeowner and his insurance carrier to get the roof replaced. The flat section of the roof was covered with a polyglass base and cap system, working in concert with the shingled portion of this roof replacement. We installed an architectural shingle system that will not only function properly for years to come but also compliments the aesthetic appeal of the rest of the home. This homeowner will be selling their home soon and there's no doubt a new roof added value to it, just in time to pass that value along to the next owner.
