Our team at H2H unfortunately hears all too often from homeowners who have had experiences with roofing companies that have started the process of helping them with a roof repair or a full roof replacement and then they don’t hear from them, ever again. We’ve also heard from homeowners where roofing companies have completed their roof replacement and they notice some leaking or something doesn’t seem right; they call the roofer who did the work, and they blame someone else, and refuse to correct their mistake. At H2H Roofing we offer a labor warranty on all full roof replacements that exceed industry standards. So if we didn’t do something right, we WILL fix it. It definitely takes a strong team effort to deliver top notch customer service. If it were easy, everyone would do it, and we wouldn’t hear stories from homeowners about roofers who just left them hanging.
At H2H Roofing we take each homeowner through the process of their roof replacement, step by step, communicating what’s happening at every stage.
Transparency is paramount for us at H2H Roofing. This means that after we’ve conducted our inspection and reported our findings, we’ll clearly discuss the process and steps of your roof replacement from start to finish. This includes being upfront about the fact that project costs can change, as some parts of the process which aren’t visible until the initial demolition, such as compromised decking. As building codes state, shingles must be installed over solid, continuous decking. Our thorough inspections can identify some potential decking concerns, however, it’s only when the existing roof is removed can the decking be properly evaluated and addressed.
While such things may increase project costs, when you have transparent conversations from the start, they won’t be new or unexpected, and it puts us all on the same page. This makes planning for, and managing expectations, a positive experience.
