Owens Corning roofing components including shingles, starter strip, underlayment, ice & water and hip & ridge were all installed on this roof replacement which qualifies it for the extensive 50 year warranty. Whether this home is left to a family member or sold on the market, the warranty is transferable 1 time through its life.
