  • What type of shingles am I paying for? *Because the quality of shingle you choose will be reflected in the price.
  • What, if any, warranties are included?
  • Are you insured? 
  • Do they have favorable reviews?
  • Have they discussed decking with you? *Decking is a roofing component that can bring surprise costs, as roofers aren’t able to always see and predict what the condition of the decking is in. Even if they climbed in your attic during your inspection.

• Schedule a complimentary inspection at your convenience.

• One of our Home Advisors will conduct a thorough Roof and Property inspection, documenting everything they find, and reporting their findings to you.

• Our Home Advisor will advise you on what they found and based on your needs recommended next steps. Should you need a roof replacement, we will help you through this process, from start to finish.

• Now that our Home Advisor has an understanding of how you’d like to move forward, they will meet with the rest of the team at H2H Roofing and create a plan. Maybe that plan includes an estimate, information about the financing we offer, (discussing extended warranties) or maybe the plan is to check back with you in 3-6 months.

• Finally, if you decide to proceed with a full roof replacement, we will help you manage the next steps. After reviewing the materials you wish to use; shingles, metal, Fortified, etc.; and confirming your aesthetic selections, our Project Manager will order the materials, schedule the crews, and manage the installation of your new roof!

If we find your roof is in good shape, great, we’ll give you the good news! And we’ll make plans to check in with you in 3-6 months. If we do end up replacing your roof for you, we will follow up with you after your roof replacement has been completed to make sure you are satisfied with our work! Our priority is always to make sure you are taken care of whether we replace your roof or not.
