UPDATE! Great, You’re Certified. But What Does That Mean to Me?
Like you, most people often have the same thought when they see a certification, and that’s, “what does it really mean?” It’s a great question! One of the reasons it’s a great question is because the reality is everything has a certification these days, right? And so, what then, is the real significance. At H2H Roofing, we have a few of those certifications ourselves, and we feel pretty excited to carry them. So, we thought we’d take some time to share with you what some of our certifications stand for, and why we feel they carry significance not just to us, but you as a homeowner, and hopefully as a customer with H2H Roofing.
At H2H Roofing, we feel it’s important to be recognized for the achievements which standout, which is why you’ll often hear us proud to share that we are a Certified Fortified Roofing Contractor, an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, and our Project Manager is NARI Certified. Sure, it may be a bit of a pat on the back – however, we also feel strongly in the value it brings to our customers and our community.
Being a Certified Fortified Roofing Contractor means…

H2H Roofing understands the unique aspects of being a homeowner in Louisiana. Our area receives its undue share of significant severe weather activity, which means homes are placed under a greater level of exposure and risk to damage. The real impact of this to homeowners is the impact of having our regular lives being disrupted, being displaced, and experiencing financial loss. The Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety, or IBHS for short, is an independent research and applied science organization which has spent years in helping develop materials and construction methods to help solidify and protect structures against the growing occurrence of severe weather. It’s also the only nationally recognized organization which offers this certification. It offers robust education for aspiring contractors, and employs strict testing practices, vetting contractors for financial solvency, as well as proper licensure, and insurance coverages.
Partnering with Owens Corning…
Brings a level of confidence to homeowners that working with H2H Roofing means they are working with an elite group of contractors. Owens Corning is one of the largest manufacturers of high-quality roofing and construction materials. Don’t worry, if you don’t know them by name, you definitely know them by their logo…

It’s certainly true that anyone can use their materials, however, only a select group of contractors are welcomed into their Preferred Contractor status. This certification comes with being vetted for quality workmanship, financial solvency, proper licensure, and insurance coverages. It also allows for H2H Roofing to offer some of the industry’s most exclusive extended warranty options through Owens Corning. So, when you work with H2H Roofing, you have the ability to have your roof back not only by H2H Roofing, but by Owens Corning directly!
NARI Certification is…

The National Association of Remodeling Industry is a nationally accredited body which certifies building professionals in their designated roles. This includes the CRPM, or Certified Residential Project Manager. Our Project Manager at H2H Roofing is NARI Certified. Having a CRPM means that we have a highly experienced professional who is capable of planning and managing complex remodeling projects to meet top building standards and client satisfaction.

They offer continuing education through online coursework, in-field experience and recertification exams each year to ensure that members are not only familiar with but also implement the most up to date and efficient industry standards. UPDATE! We have renewed our NARI certification… you can rely on H2H Roofing to stay up to date on our certifications!
Being a part of these certified professionals, allows us to represent an elite group of industry experts who possess extensive technical and management skills. Again, why that means a lot to us at H2H is how we get to pass along this value to you, the homeowner.
At H2H Roofing, people and relationships matter, and we’re excited to offer our community not only the best in roofing solutions, but the most qualified team to handle your project.
