Anytime H2H conducts an inspection, we are always thrilled when we can report that no damage is found. Our Home Advisor will give you a clean bill of health and offer to set up a follow up inspection in 3-6 months. Think of this as part of your routine roof maintenance. If you’ve never had your roof inspected, our Home Advisors will walk you through the process, and we’ll start with a property inspection. Why do we inspect your property? Chances are if you have storm damage on your siding, deck, or personal property, you probably have damage on your roof. We’ll proceed with a roof inspection, followed by showing you our complete damage report. At H2H we’re here to help you assess damage on your roof, document the damage we find, and advocate for you to get your claim approved. In addition to advocating for you to get the roof you deserve, we will manage your roof replacement installation; everything from ordering materials, scheduling crews, to overseeing the installation of your new roof!

When you reach out to H2H, our job is to make sure that the insurance carrier has accounted for everything to make sure your roof is replaced the right way. We start by conducting our own inspection, documenting our damage assessment, and compare it to the scope of work your insurance provided. If you choose to proceed with H2H Roofing, you will sign a contract, saying we are responsible for the work. And if your carrier has missed anything, we’ll advocate for you to make sure your roof is replaced correctly. The next step would be to select your shingles, discuss any warranties or upgrades you may want to consider, such as custom colors, designs, or a Certified Fortified Roof. Then all that’s left is to schedule and install your new roof!
